Choose a notice for review- What is the Federal NOFO Go/No-Go Review?
- It is a $250 one-time, human-reviewed decision report for one current federal Notice of Funding Opportunity. You receive a Go, No-Go, or Needs clarification conclusion; applicant, geography, cost-share, and deadline gates; fatal blockers; official-source citations; unresolved questions; and next actions.
- How is the paid review different from the free directory?
- The directory provides general screening signals, public notice details, and official links. It does not know your organization. The paid review evaluates one selected notice against the organization and program facts you provide, then adds human scrutiny and a decision trail.
- Which notice will you review?
- You choose one current notice from the NonProfit Radar directory before checkout. That catalog reference is bound to the order. The current checkout cannot accept a pasted external notice, and one order never covers multiple notices.
- What information do you need?
- The selected notice plus accurate information about your applicant type, mission or program, service area, and funding constraints. Materially incomplete or inaccurate information can delay delivery or require a Needs clarification conclusion.
- Is a No-Go a failed deliverable?
- No. A well-supported No-Go is valid value: it identifies a fatal blocker before your organization commits proposal time. The fee covers the research and reviewed decision, not a positive answer.
- How fast is delivery?
- The reviewed report is delivered within 3 business days after the order has a bound current notice and complete organization information.
- What does “human reviewed” mean?
- Software assists with source retrieval and consistent screening. Before delivery, a person examines the official notice, checks the material gates and cited evidence, calls out unresolved questions, and verifies that the conclusion follows from the available facts.
- Where does the federal grant information come from?
- The directory uses Simpler.Grants.gov data and links back to the controlling government notice. NonProfit Radar uses the Grants.gov API but is not endorsed or certified by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The official notice and awarding agency control.
- Does the review certify eligibility or guarantee funding?
- No. It is research and prioritization, not legal, accounting, grant-writing, or eligibility advice. Federal notices can change, agency interpretation matters, and no honest service can guarantee an award.
- Will you write or submit the application?
- No. Proposal writing, submission, registrations, compliance management, and post-award work are outside this fixed scope.
- Is there a subscription?
- No. The only paid public offer is $250 for one Federal NOFO Go/No-Go Review. The opportunity directory remains free.
- Why does Stripe show Toledo Technologies LLC?
- Toledo Technologies LLC is the company that operates NonProfit Radar and processes this purchase through Stripe. The name in checkout and the NonProfit Radar service refer to the same merchant.
- What is the refund policy?
- A full refund applies when: The order is cancelled before research and review begin. The selected notice was inaccessible or already closed before work began. Delivery misses the stated 3-business-day service level. The deliverable is materially incomplete and cannot be corrected. Correction or refund requests after delivery must be made within 7 days. These outcomes do not qualify by themselves: The reviewed decision is No-Go or Needs clarification. The selected notice changes or closes after work begins. The application is rejected. No award follows.
