Refunds

Before work begins

A Grant Match Report order may be cancelled for a full refund before research and review begin. Email hello@toledotechnologies.com with the Stripe receipt email and purchase date.

After work begins or delivery occurs

Because the report is customized, refund requests are reviewed based on the work completed and any failure to deliver the stated scope. If a delivered report is materially incomplete, contact us within seven days so we can correct it or assess an appropriate refund. A grant closing, changing, rejecting an application, or not making an award is not by itself a product defect.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card-network processing time is outside our control. This policy does not override rights provided by applicable law.
